4 Lovely cottages with on site bistro/rotisserie (private), large swimming pool, laundry facilities and pick your own fruit orchard.

Situated amid vineyards and fields of sunflowers and yet only minutes from the NOGARO auto/motor bike racing circuit. Perfect for doing motorcycle trackdays.

The local village with all amenities is only 3K away. All of our accommodations are fully furnished with complete kitchens and dining arrangements, TV/DVD/CD and outdoor BBQ’s and patios for al-fresco dining. Our property is both private and tranquil, peaceful, serene and secure, with excellent open space for children and recreational activities. We can offer self catering accommodations in each of our cottages for both long weekends and weekly retreats and B&B and evening meals with reservations.

Our largest cottage will accommodate up to 8 persons: 3 x bedrooms (2 large double beds and 2 x twin beds, plus a sofa sleeper for 2 persons in the living room). 2 x bathrooms and living and dining arrangements for up to 8 persons. This cottage also has a small pull out bed for an additional child. 2 x cottages will each accommodate up to 6 persons: 2 x bedrooms (one double bed and one with 2 x twin beds, plus a sofa sleeper for 2 persons in the living room). 2 x bathrooms and living and dining arrangements for up to 6 persons. These two cottages each have wood burning stoves for cooler nights and winter rentals. 1 cottage with 2 x twin beds, ensuite bathroom and a double sofa sleeper in the living room. It also has a small kitchen. By prior arrangement, we can also accommodate up to 6 persons on a private level in the main house (sharing a bathroom).

B&B and long weekend breaks welcome from September to June and by prior arrangement during high season.

Our prices are from 150.00 euros per person per week in season (based on 6 persons sharing our 3 bedroom cottage) and 70.00 euros per night for 2 persons B&B. Evening meals and lunches by reservation. Off season rates upon request. We are situated in the heart of the BAS ARMAGNAC wine region, home to the famous ‘foie gras’, ‘magret de canard’ and armagnac, all part of gastronomic dining. Local sporting activities include equestrian, aquatic lake sports, fishing, ultra lite, single engine, glider and helicopter pilotage schools along with the famous NOGARO racing circuit.

For beach lovers there are 200 kilometers of beautiful white sandy beaches from Biarritz to the Arcachon basin, south of Bordeaux, while for mountaineers, the breathtaking winding roads of the Pyrenees lead you into the Payee Basque and Navarra regions of Spain.

Tour the famous vineyards surrounding the birthplace of d’Artangan and his 3 musketeers, visit chateaux and bastides and don’t forget to enjoy the local music fetes and celebrations all summer long with such notables as Pentecot at Vic Fezensac, Marciac Jazz and Mirande country festival to name just a few. We even have our own Spanish bull fights and the French version of Pamplona’s ‘running of the bulls’ but with cows! And for those wishing a little pampering, why not take a half day or even a full day and enjoy the hot spas of Barbotan Les Thermes, just 10 minutes away. To round out your active day enjoy a delicious meal made from local produce, cooked and prepared in our bistro….. cooking ‘ avec feu de bois style’, from our wood burning pizza oven and rotisserie.
